The hand of an artist, the hand of a surgeon, the creation of the perfect smile is what best describes Dr. Stuart M. Goff's approach to Implant Dentistry. Dr. Goff focuses on minimally invasive surgery to restore oral health and facial beauty. Dr Goff's All-in-One Implant practice performs a large number of operations such as removal of teeth, sinus lifts, implant placement & restoration, bone grafting, and periodontal plastic surgery. Dr. Goff uses a dental laser to minimize incision size, blood loss, and operating time. In addition, regenerative procedures performed in the office ensure each patient the maximum opportunity for treatment success.

Dr. Goff has an in house lab which enables him to perform customized porcelain staining and fabrication of fixed prosthetic restorations. Dr. Goff uses CAD/CAM technology: Computer Aided Design & Machines with 3D computer imaging to fabricate all porcelain fixed prosthetic restorations. Dr. Goff's patients have appeared in the media ranging from Maxim, Forbes, Life, Fox Sports, NFL Pro Bowl, American Way, CNBC, and the Wall Street Journal.
